Bringing the best and the brightest together in an organization does not automatically ensure great results. Even the brightest minds need to identify systems for decision making, facilitating and getting the best outcomes by inspiring contributions from all corridors while managing the challenge of the human capacity to hear, gather and retain such contributions. Adding cultural, gender, linguistic and regional differences into the mix may exacerbate these challenges.
